Eye Has Not Seen

1 Cor 2:9 - But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man The thingswhich God has prepared FOR those who love Him.”

• Most human eyes are only focussed on what is seen in this visible world. Most ears are only open to what is heard with our visible ears. However, as believers in Jesus Christ, our eyes and ears are also meant to be open to the invisible realm of our faith.

Tens of thousands of BELIEVERS AND NON BELIEVERS EVEN ATHIESTS have had near death experiences and have witnessed what the bible has declared for thousands of years – some saw this city.

• Before your birth God knew you. Eph1:4 Ps139:16
• Before our birth God had prepared a life for us HERE and in HEAVEN beyond anything we have ever SEEN, HEARD OR PERCIEVED.

HEAVEN FOCUS:

2 Cor 4:18 - ⁸ while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.

John 3:16 - For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, thatwhoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life

2 Cor 5:1-2 - ¹ For we know that if our earthly house, this tent, is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. ² For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed with our habitation which is from heaven.

2 Cor 5:6-8 - ⁶ So we are always confident, knowing that while we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord. ⁷ For we walk by faith, not by sight. ⁸ We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord.

Today, there are many groups of ex atheists and scientists who have gone through a NDE and are now preaching life after death as reality not theory – but many are preaching it outside of having to know Jesus – the way the truth and the life.

• These are just recent witnesses of life after death, but the bible isn’t a recent revelation of life after death – its thousands of years old – and the greatest witness who came back from the dead is Jesus Christ.

YOU WERE CREATED FOR GOD AND HEAVEN:

2 Cor 12:2 - I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago—whether in the body I do not know, or whether out of the body I do not know, God knows—such a one was caught up to the third heaven.

• The heaven God dwells in is in the third heaven - First heaven human eyes see – second heaven human telescope eye can see – third heaven no human eye can see – EYE HAS NOT SEEN CONCEPT

Heavenly City – 1500 miles width, length, and height.

• In the third heaven dwells a heavenly city which is 1500 miles in 3 directions = 2414 kms = distance from Auckland to beyond Sydney. EHNS
• Travelling in AIRNZ Boeing 777 at 900kph would take 3 hours just to get across one side of the heavenly city. EHNS
• The city is many times bigger than the physical size of NZ – can accommodate the billions of believers etc EHNS
• The wall of the city has 12 foundation stones and 12 gates with names engraved on them. EHNS

Rev 21:12-14 - ¹² Also she had a great and high wall with twelve gates, and twelve angels at the gates, and names written on them, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel:¹³ three gates on the east, three gates on the north, three gates on the south, and three gates on the west. ¹⁴ Now the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and on them were the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.

• Some have said the gates are 500 miles wide, made of pure pearl. EHNS
• Witnesses have said they saw colours in heaven not seen on earth…EYE NOT SEEN EHNS

STAY STABLE IN AN UNSTABLE WORLD:

Heb 12:27-28 - The words “once more” indicate the removing of what can be shaken —that is, created things—so that what cannot be shaken may remain. 28 Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe,

• Just after the huge earthquakes when you look across the landscape you see two defining things.
• Buildings and structures no longer standing, and buildings and structures still standing.
• There were some things that could be shaken but there were somethings that couldn’t be shaken.

Global reality, God said this world would be shaken, but our wellbeing is not keeping our eyes on what we can see being shaken – but keeping our eyes on what cannot be seen or shaken - even our Saviour and God and the Kingdom we have been born again into.

• Stephen Hawkings explained throughout his life his thoughts on a possible afterlife, saying, “I believe the simplest explanation is, there is no God. No one created the universe, and no one directs our fate. This leads me to a profound realization that there probably is no heaven and no afterlife either.

In April 2014, Jim Woodford, a retired Canadian pilot who had flown all over the world, went on an astounding journey that profoundly changed his life. He says he visited heaven and met Jesus. During an estimated 11 hours, after overdosing on pain medication and ending up brain dead and on life support, Woodford, who was not a religious man, says he ascended into a celestial realm, was nearly snatched into the depths of hell and then experienced a breathtakingly beautiful paradise.

• In 1997 I experienced a vision where I was taken to heaven and saw what EYE HAS NOT SEEN - Angels - white horses – I saw one.
• In 1977 while living in Sydney 30 years before this encounter - as I was paralysed and drowning in my own vomit due to a drug overdose - I CRIED SIMILAR 3 WORDS AS JIM DID - Jesus help me= Those 3 words saved my life.
• The type of life I lived back in 1977 was on drugs – depressed – angry – and my eye couldn’t see back in 1977 the type of life I am living now – free from depression – free from drugs – happily married 43 years – am deeply loved by Jesus Christ – live in this beautiful nation NZ – destiny of Acts10:38

Eye has not seen – angel sent to protect me – but it couldn’t until I chose to follow its master – Jesus Christ - an angel has been sent to protect you – only as you receive and follow its master.
